JUVÉDERM VOLUX® XC is the most structure-focused option in the collection and is FDA-approved to improve moderate to severe loss of jawline definition. It is commonly used when stronger contour and support are needed along the jawline.

JUVÉDERM VOLLURE® XC is used for moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, including nasolabial folds around the nose and mouth. It provides support while still allowing natural facial movement.

Who may not be a candidate for JUVÉDERM?

JUVÉDERM may not be appropriate for everyone.

Is JUVÉDERM the same as Botox?

No. They address different concerns.

Botox temporarily reduces the activity of muscles responsible for expression lines.

JUVÉDERM is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler used to add or restore volume, enhance contours, and soften certain lines and folds.

Some patients benefit from one treatment, while others may benefit from both.

How much filler will I need?

There is no standard number of syringes that every patient needs.

Will filler make me look overfilled?

Can JUVÉDERM look natural?

What are the risks and limitations of JUVÉDERM?

A rare but important risk of dermal filler is accidental injection into a blood vessel. This can cause serious complications, including skin injury and, in very rare cases, vision changes, blindness, or stroke.

Filler also has limitations. It cannot correct every sign of aging, skin laxity, pigmentation concern, or textural issue. Sometimes another treatment is more appropriate.
